Interestingly, for those who are interested in what they do with our money, England Athletics South East have recently made available a fixtures database. This appears to be hosted by a not-for-profit company operated by a member of EA's South East regional council. Click here then choose "South East" to see the list of fixtures that's been compiled. Unfortunately it isn't entirely comprehensive and it's not particularly well presented or easy to use. England Athletics South East's more general page on competitions in the region, from which the fixture list is hyperlinked, can be found by clicking here.

Men's Track & Field
2008 Fixtures

This summer Holland Sports AC is competing in Southern Men's Track & Field League, Division 4 South. This follows a number of successful seasons in which the club has been successively promoted. The club has now joined forces with Dorking & Mole Valley AC and Redhill & Surrey Beagles, a move which is expected to greatly strengthen our showing in the league. The fixtures, which all take place on Saturday afternoons at tracks in different parts of the south of England, are shown below. The team is being organised as usual by Nigel Bongers, who is always on the lookout for good performers in all the different track and field disciplines. Please note your diaries!

Surrey Cross-Country
2008-09 Fixtures

Dates and locations for next season's cross-country fixtures have now been agreed, and these are set out in the tables below.

Holland's newly promoted men's team will be competing in Division 3 of the Surrey men's league, whose races are combined with those of Division 4. Two of the locations will be the same as those to be used for the Surrey Ladies' Cross-Country league, namely the first match at Nork Park, near Banstead and the second match at Lightwater Country Park. The start times for the races will continue to be 3pm for the men and 12.15pm for the women, with the exception of 10 January, when the start time for the men's match will be 2.30pm (TBC) and for the women's match, 12 noon.
