The club's Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday, 23 February at 8pm in the clubhouse. All club members are strongly encouraged to attend. Amongst other things, the AGM will be asked to ratify the new club constitition. Click here to download a copy.

- 12 November 2011 — Epsom Downs (26.2 RRC hosting)
- 14 January 2012 — Lloyd Park (Holland co-hosting) [NB 2.30pm start for seniors]
- 11 February 2012 — Lloyd Park, Croydon (Croydon Harriers hosting)
Start times are 2.30pm (juniors) and 3pm (seniors) except for the January matches, which will start at 2.00pm and 2.30pm respectively. Race distances: Juniors (U13-U17) 2 ½ miles, Seniors 5 miles.

Start times: Seniors (including Veterans): 12pm (noon); Under 15s/Under 17s: 1.00pm; Under 13s: 1.30pm. Distances: Seniors: Matches 1 & 2 about 6 kms, Matches 3 & 4 maximum of 8kms; Under 13 Girls (11 and 12 years old): between 2.8km and 3.2km; Under 15/Under 17 Girls (13-16 years old): between 4km and 4.5km.
DOWNS LEAGUE 2011-12
The Downs League is a series of four cross-country races that take place on Epsom race course at Tattenham Corner on Sunday mornings. Post code KT18 5NY. There is car parking. The races are mixed boys and girls. Commences with Under 11s at 10.45, then Under 13s at 11.15, and Under 15s at 11.30. Teams of 4 to count. Distance of U11 and U13 Races are approx 1½ miles. This is a popular league and we'd encourage all our eligible juniors to take part in these races. The photo on our home page and a number in our Picasa photo gallery were taken at the Downs League. Please advise if your child or children will be running. You need to get there half an hour from start.

If you still are not sure how to get there, it will take 30 mins at absolute maximum. You take M25, come off at Jn 8 take A217 towards Sutton. Turn left at Burgh Heath onto A240. Turn left at next set of traffic lights, go to end turn right and almost immediately on left is Tattenham Corner. Look for the Holland Sports banner.
BANSTEAD WOOD TIME TRIALS
All middle distance athletes of all ages, once a week you should go on a long run of approx 3 miles. Banstead Wood Time Trials enables you to do this as it is run every Saturday off road at 9.00am & is free of charge. Look on the Park Run website and click on Banstead Woods for more details . There are Park Runs all over the area — eg Riddlesdown, Roundshaw (off Purley Way), Bromley, Bushy Park, etc.
NATIONAL YOUNG ATHLETES' LEAGUE (NYAL) 2012
Boys & Girls U13, U15 & U17 Age Groups - Sundays. Because of the Olympics there will only be three fixtures in 2012. No venues yet but all will be local.
